I was disappointed by the noise from other guests, which interrupted my sleep. Additionally, the tissues and toilet paper were of surprisingly low quality for such a nice hotel. Although the room had great amenities, these minor details could have improved my overall experience.

Had an amazing trip with friends! We visited Hoan Kiem Lake and checked out the Water Puppet Theater. The room was clean and comfortable, with an impressive breakfast spread that catered to everyone. The only downside was the limited fruit options at breakfast, which could have been better considering the abundance of fresh fruit available in the region.
